General Deisign Concept

We have completed many design buld projects over the years, and feel our design build process is very effective. Most of our clients bring their ideas pictures or drawings to the initial meeting. Out of this initial meeting we gather enough information to generate a floor plan.

Select Fixtures and Finshes

Once the home is designed it is time to complete the selections. We like to select all items that are going to complete your home up front. These items include; plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, lighting, hardware, moldings, cabinetry etc. Our designers will meet with you in our design studio and over a two to three day time period complete this step. We integrate your selections with the plans and we are ready to estimate and contract.

Pricing

Once you approve the design for the project. The method we use for pricing is based on historical cost and quantity take off. Often times we will "value engineer" as we price, offering you lower cost alternatives. When complete, we review the price with you, sharing bids, lumber quotes etc.
